What kind of food and ingredients are dangerous to your health?

  1. Canned Tom. Tomatoes Sauce. Canned tomato sauce is a killer in disguise. It’s a hidden source of sugar, and it would never even cross your mind that it could lead to an increased risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even tooth decay.
  2. Carbonated drinks or sodas are one of your worst enemies. They can mess up everything, from your skin, and blood sugar levels, to your hormones and mood.
  3. Sugar is highly addictive, and apart from spiking your glucose levels and creating fat, it can lead to heart disease. This is called “The White Killer”
  4. Deli Meats. Deli meats such as salami, ham, bologna, etc. are full of nitrates, sodium, preservatives, and additives. All these substances can increase the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and even behavioral problems and learning difficulties in children.
  5. Vegetable oils. Vegetable oils contain dangerous trans-fats that can trigger cardiovascular disease, obesity, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease. Some of them are GMO’s, refined, so if you think of using them steer clear of them as it contains free radicals that can help cancer growth, and speed up aging.
  6. It’s one of the unhealthiest foods in your diet. So cut it out! Margarine is like a very lousy version of butter that’s made with hydrogenated vegetable oils, and it’s more unnatural than you think. So, what’s so bad about it? It’s the Trans fats that can damage your heart, and blood vessels, and mess up your cholesterol levels.
  7. Hot Dogs aren’t barking. Have you ever seen in close how they even make them? Not? Oh boy, so the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine compared the effects of eating hot dogs to the effects of smoking cigarettes. If you’re not convinced yet, you should know that hot dogs are high in sodium and toxins that increase your risk of cancer.
  8. Bottled Salad Dressing. Bottled salad dressings are full of sugar, artificial colors, and high fructose corn syrup. Once you drown your salad in this nutritional disaster. Avoid them immediately.
  9. Artificial Sweeteners. Besides Stevia, Etylitol, and xylitol the rest of the sweeteners aren’t good for your health or diet. Artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, neotame, acesulfame potassium, etc. might contain fewer calories, but they can still increase the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome.

White flour is stripped of all the nutritional fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and all you get is grain waste mixed with chemicals to achieve nice white color. But behind it lies the risk of weight gain, thyroid damage, and organ damage. Go whole grain instead!


  1. Oh, good old friend, Not! That is a devil incarnate. Dairy products are linked with low nutrient absorption, migraines, arthritis, cancer, allergies, and asthma. So again, forget about those clever marketing tricks. Switch to coconut milk or almond milk, it tastes great, and it won’t slowly kill you like cow milk. Bitter almonds must be heat treated under strict processing conditions before they are used or any by-products are extracted. Sweet almonds do not contain this poison.


  1. Kidney & Lima Beans. Raw red kidney, green Lima beans, and other legumes contain lectins and linamarin. They must be soaked and drained before cooking and eating to remove these toxins. If not, they can kill the cells in your stomach and transform them into hydrogen cyanide.


  1. Eating too much fish, or too much of certain types of fish can lead to mercury poisoning. Fish with high levels of mercury include tuna, king mackerel, marlin, sharks, and swordfish. Mercury poisoning affects people’s neurological system and can cause anxiety, memory problems, depression, nerve damage, coordination problems, high blood pressure, and vision changes.

  3. Apple seeds.  Apple seeds do contain cyanide that can make you vomit or your stomach churn. Even more so if they’re chewed or pulverized.
